Australian farmers and growers have a long standing reputation for producing some of the best fresh produce in the world. It used to be a hard chore for the average punter to obtain farm fresh produce, but with the ever growing knowledgeable foodie population, we are finding this produce more readily available through the likes of the rejuvenated casual weekend markets.
For the freshest, local produce, there’s no better place than the more specialised farmers’ markets – and Sydney has plenty of options for stocking up on delicious fruit and vegetables, meat, cheeses, and bread. This weekend, check out a farmers’ market near you.

When: First Saturday of the month, 7-11am
